Suggestion Needed: Honda Civic EXI 2005 Engine Oil

Asalam Alaykum Guys
I hope you are doing well so I need a suggestion regarding engine oil Because I have been using the wrong one for my Engine and I didn’t know that but I just used it once. I bought this car like 6 months ago and I don’t drive much.
A Friend told me to use Honda Synthetic Genuine Engine Oil 5W-30, I used but I’m kinda disappointed because At first it was smooth but after 1000Km it is not performing well.

I know for a fact that Cars don’t usually ask for Oil change after just 1000kms. Most of the cars require oil change after 10,000 Km.
It would be a huge help if anyone can guide me.

Try to check The Valve Lashes of your car. If there is a problem fix it yourself o r go to a mechanic.

secondaly please check Fuel Pressure Regulator FPR, Because both sometimes lead to the same problem.
