Suggestions needed for amp and sub

I have around 250 dollars and am looking to purchase a subwoofer and an amplifier for my '05 Camry. Can you guys help me find the right combination. I usually buy stuff from Car Audio Stereo - Car Subwoofers - Car Amplifiers and Speakers. Thanks a lot.
