wats is the 2 second braking test?

i think its got something to do with checking ur cars brakes
...........so plz explain.

should be about the minimum distance maintained to avoid a crash upfront...u see if ure cruising down at any speed, take a reference point such as a light post and when it crosses the car in front it should pass u after 2 seconds, if it does then u are maintaining a distance that would almost allow u to stop promptly without hitting the car in front if it slams on the brake..
