Suspension - shocks travel

i was wondering what would be idle suspension to avoid float at speed and still not tight enough so you can count how many bumps you went through.

i am using tight suspension setup which is no different than a go cart drive and has amazing stickyness on road even at top speeds, but if i put a jog meter (that you wear on yr belt to count your jumps while jogging) on dashboard it would show exactly how many bumps car went through from point A to point B- its that sticky..

i was thinking to loosen another 2 inches on shocks while raising car 1 and half inche and use 195/50/14

Good to c you think of a shift to a relatively comfortable setup,

the model of your Corolla has a better shock absorber than most stock Honda .. .. So dont go for the average figures

I recommend 60 gauge for your .. with a slight increase in the current shock

No matter how much you increase the shock .. you need some sidewall any effect .. absorb wud that mean that you will have the line in the corner to change as the setup wud relatively softer

I wish you a softer and more comfortable ride ..
