Suzuki Swift, Intake and Spark Plugs

I have a new Suzuki Swift, and i'm thinking of installing an intake and iridium plugs.
Can u tell me which ones to get?

And what benefits can I hope to get from both?
and the approximate price of the plugs and intake?

DENSO IRIDIUMS IK 16s recomended for this motor rest post the engine bay pic to figureout if can use stock pipe foe intake or have to get entire boltonn ram intake
