Tik tik sound from CNG/PETROL SWITCH !!

Hello friends, im here with another problem, the switch which converts from cng to petrol n viceversa is making tik tik sound, when i rev the engine or drive above 5000 rpm the sound from switch continuously comes like "trrrrrrrrrrrr" and when i drive on low speed it does not, few days back i went to electrician and he changed the switch and the sound was not gone, he tried to put 5 new switches but the same problem, i took it to other mechanic and he said its "earth" problem, he tightend some wire near battery and the sound is still here.
i dont know wat it is but it is not coming from anywhere else then switch.
help !!!
