Timing belt broken---URGENT

Hi,Just now my car broke timing belt

(The car is driven 110k genuine on petrol)

SO i just came back from G-8 but all the mechanics and spare parts shops r closed.

So plz guys from where i can get genuine TIMING BELT of HONDA CIVIC 95 D15B3 from isb?And for how much?

And usually how much mechanic charge to change the timing belt?any more things which shuld i check when changing belt?Shuld i tune it too?

if it broke u shud chek fr damage. A new belt with everything shud nt cost more than 2k. Atleast thats wat I thk coz thats hw much I spent wen my 99 civic's timin belt needed replacement
