Toyota AQUA 2014 - Low Mileage after Engine Oil Change

I bought Toyota Aqua 2014 in February 2018, which was imported from Japan. The total mileage of my car was about 20,000 km and I also checked the quality of engine oil and it seemed good at that time so I did not replace it. My car was giving me the average of 22 km / l in Islamabad and on the highway, its mileage is about 27 km / l. After completing the journey of 5000 km, I changed the engine oil and filter and I also got checked the manual of Aqua, which recommends the engine oil of 0W-20 specification. I got Liqui Moly engine oil of this spec from the authorized outlet, which is located in Islamabad and I got it replaced.
After changing the oil, the average of the car was reduced about 3 to 4 km / l within the city and it was reduced about 4 to 5 km / l on the GT road. I replaced nothing and I am worried why the average of the car was ped despite of using the recommended engine oil. Please suggest me how I recover the mileage of my car.
