TOYOTA AQUA “BLITZ” SPORTS - plz help?

Hello Everyone,
I want to buy a new car and like to purchase an AQUA G that is in good condition. I want it should be fitted with Blits ewhich makes the car sporty and gives an aggressive look and also enhances the speed of the car. Actually I am not much aware of hybrid cars. I have never used an hybrid before. Please guide me what that particular part does and if it will cause any problems in future, in case it gets faulty, considering that the level of expertise that our mechanics have is not that good. Please guide me to decide. Thanks
