Toyota AQUA Buying Guide? Please Help

Were planning to buy an Aqua, inshaAllah, and we could really use some guidance since itll be our first hybrid car. We dont know much about hybrids yet, except for what weve found on Google. It seems like checking the battery is important, but were not sure what percentage of battery life is considered good.

Should it be 80% o r higher?

Additionally, whats a good average mileage for a used hybrid car?

Are there any other factors we should consider o r standards we should look for? For example, if a car has over 100,000 kilometers on it, should we avoid buying it, o r is it okay as long as the battery is at 80% o r higher? We have a budget of around 30 lacs o r thereabouts, so any suggestions within that range would be greatly appreciated.
