Toyota Belta 07 Various ProblemsPossibly Electric

I have Toyota Belta 2007 model. The car runs at a speed of 57 km. For the past few days, I am facing some major issues in my car. My father said it may be not a big problem due to which we have to be worried.
First of all, the steering wheel of my car got jammed for a very short time. Currently, it occurred when I drive my car very slowly at 10-20 kmph. I don’t know what will be the situation when I will drive the car faster. The steering wheel of my car also seems to be a little hard.
Secondly, today I also faced the issue when I went to school while driving my car. While driving, the car was working properly and there was no issue but when I reached the school and started the car reversing to park, the car stopped running and was not staring again even though I also pull the accelerator in Neutral o r Park and when I put it into gear again, the car stopped and then I needed to change the gear while pressing the accelerator softly.
What may be the actual issue? According to my father, the problem is in the ECU of the car. Since we purchased the car, we haven’t changed the brake fluid, power steering fluid, o r transmission fluid, when it was at 34k.
