Toyota Belta 1.0 2007 General maintenance

I have Toyota Belta 1.0 2007 model. I want to do the general maintenance of my car and want some guidance in this regard. Is the general maintenance best from a Toyota dealer at a high expense o r can I visit a trusted local mechanic? I want to do periodic maintenance Oil changes, tire rotations, alignment, etc. I use the car in my daily routine so I want to keep it in the best condition. Kindly suggest to me the best mechanic in Lahore. Thanks.
