Toyota Belta Anyone can tell me something please

I have purchased a new Toyota Belta recently. It s very good car and I am very satisfied with this car. I have a question here and kindly reply me. My car’s wind screen has a wire but I don’t what is the purpose of this car? and how it works? Secondly, my car has navigation screen that plays auto CD but can’t play the DVD so what should I do? How can I Play DVD? The photos are given as under. Kindly reply me as early as possible. I am waiting. Thanks in advance.
