Toyota Belta Engine swap 1.0 to 1.3 o r 1.5

AoA fellows,

I have Belta 1.0 1KR-FE 2006 model. My car problem is that its engine is very weak. The engine of my car starts vibrating in idle state an when I switch on car’s AC it vibrates horribly. With normal speed it do not produces smoke but when the RPM is increased the white smoke starts emitting. Engine oil is not decreasing. It also creates a loud noise which is very irritating. I have replaced oils/lubricants/coolant/plugs/o2 sensor and much more and wasted a lot of money and time but still my car engine is not working properly. So finally I have decided the 1.0 engine with a 1.3 o r 1.5 engine.
I am living in Karachi. I went to shershah. I checked the meter and Belta halfcut was available for 140k complete with a 1.3 engine and suspension. Kindly suggest me price.
Also guide me where is the good mechanic from which can I successfully change the engine of my car?
How much will it cost? Including engine price and changing.
Can I change a engine block and keep wiring and ECU orignal o r shud I go for 1.3/1.5 engine?
Should I also change the wiring/transmission as well o r the orignal ECU will work with the new 1.3 engine?
