Toyota Belta o r Vitz?

AOA dear members, hopefully, you are all doing well.
I am planning to change my car. I was looking for a used Honda City. I have a budget of 13 lacs and now increased it to 14 lacs but not even unable to find a good used car in small cities especially. Now I have come up with an idea to purchase an alternative in this budget. I think I can easily buy Toyota Vitz and Belta in this price range. I personally like the Belta and want suggestions from you should I buy Belta o r not? Kindly give me suggestions. Thanking you all in advance.

stick to belta if u can get a 1.3 only! if buying 1L then Vitz
in this budget also consider axio fielder! o r Vitz rs 2nd gen if ur fond of speeding
