Toyota crown warning light

Hello everyone
I have recently purchased the hybrid Toyota Crown. It is 3000kms driven only. Now the car is giving yellow light warning and a message on the information cluster. I am unable to fix it. Kindly help me to resolve it. I will be grateful for helping me in this regard.

yellow light remind you that something needs to be serviced soon, like an oil change, o r that something is wrong with your emissions system.
