Toyota Echo Hatchback Vitz 2001 Story | Restoration | DIY’s

I have a Toyota Echo hatchback 2001. It is an Australian model and looks like JDM Vitz 1st generation. From factory it can with 2nzfe 4 speed AT. The driving experience of the car is good as compared to Toyota Vitz 1.0.
The optional features offered in the car are:
Stock Leather seats
- Immobilizer
- Rear reclining & sliding seat
- RPM in the cluster
- Speakers in front doors
- A clock which displays outside temperature, average speed, and fuel consumption in both KMPL & MPG.
- Turn signal & Wiper switch assembly were on the opposite side in this car, later I got the JDM one for the right-hand side.
In 2013, we have cleared the car via Amnesty Scheme by my fathers friend, a very dearest uncle of mine. I got the car in 2016 and faced a little issue, the car was in its best condition when I received. I did all mechanical work required i.e. suspension overhaul, bearings, AC work, bodywork i.e. lights & bumpers etc.
The car offered me very high mileage but was rust-free with clean chassis.
Here are some pics from 2016, after getting all the due maintenance done. The car had a very prominent British Green type metallic colour, which is very pearly, attractive & appealing when clean, I actually loved this colour.
