Toyota Gli Under Power issue

Dear All!
This is my first time on Gari.pk to ask something, I had a 2010 model Honda City from April to September 2010, for some reason I sold and bought a Gli in December 2010.
I realize that it is very much undersized and does not pick or sustainable rate ratio compared to Honda City, also due to very poor fuel CNG and now I had to install disks, such as a truck in terms of speed and picking. Somone asked me to install "two pin plugs (I'm not sure about the correct name), can you advise me on these plugs, I mean they're OK or damage to the engine and / or is there another way the performance of the engine. I am also changing the oil at 3000 km instead of the recommended 5000 km from Toyota Islamabad.
Any suggestions?
