Toyota Platz - Sudden hicup

I have a Platz and facing a little problem with my car. The car gives extreme hiccup when you cold start the car. And it is not safe while driving. I thought that it may be intake filter issue and then I replaced it with a new one. I have changed the oil and serviced the car also recently. I have this car for 6 year but didn’t had an issue in past, But now it is creating issues. What might be the issue, the ECU o r is it mechanical?
Also the fuel consumption is increased as before, as it was a fuel efficient car. Around 11km/l, usually it would do around 14. I think I need to get it tuned now, been a really long time. So kindly guide me and tell me what should I do? Injectors cleaning, throttle body servicing, anything else. Kindly help me to fix this issue and I will be very thankful to you all.

its fuel problem most probably Fuel pump is going to die very soon.If you have not changed fuel filter for last 40 45 km change that first before swap in fuel u might have sum luck with that. Yet take care of periodic maintenance like filters,lubes plugs etc.if it has covered 1lac+ kms get its timing chain n valve clearance checked as well
