Toyota Prius 1.8 2011 fuel average issue

Hey, I bought a used 2011 Prius 1.8. It used to show 17 km/l, but now it’s only getting 7 km/l. I had the battery checked 69% health and did a full tune-up, including cleaning everything and changing the oil. The fuel tank seems to be draining really quickly too. Any ideas?

Bro, changes in fuel average aren’t usually due to just these things.

There might be another issue, like the battery could be dead o r if it was replaced, it might not be holding up well. Generally, it’s best to avoid buying any hybrids made before 2018.

Have the car’s battery checked at a trusted place.

There’s no need to worry about cleaning the catalytic converter o r messing with the oxygen sensors.
