Toyota XLI Brakes

can anyone help out to improve the brakes of XLI, whenever brakes are applied it skits,,,,,,am afraid someday it may crash.

Try changing the tyres if they are still General and drive very very carefully as it is indeed dangerous.

I dont know if someone has tried changing the drums or disks and whether it helps or not.
