Toyota Yaris Tire Pressure Fluctuating – How to Diagnose the Cause?
Hi everyone,
The tire pressure on my Toyota Yaris keeps fluctuating. Sometimes the pressure is low in one tire, and at other times, the pressure goes above the recommended level, even though I haven’t adjusted it. Could this be a result of temperature changes, o r is there a deeper issue at play?
Has anyone had a similar experience with fluctuating tire pressure? What should I check to find the root cause of the problem?
Thanks for your help!

Fluctuating tire pressure in your Toyota Yaris could be due to several factors:
Temperature Changes: Tire pressure naturally s in colder weather and increases in warmer weather. This could explain the fluctuations.
Leaks: A slow leak can cause irregular pressure readings. Check for punctures o r valve issues.
Faulty Tire Pressure Monitoring System TPMS: If the sensors are malfunctioning, they might give inaccurate readings.
Tire Condition: Worn o r damaged tires can lead to pressure inconsistencies.
Improper Inflation: Over-inflated o r under-inflated tires can cause problems with pressure.
To diagnose, check for visible leaks, inspect the valve stems, and verify the tire pressure after the tires have cooled down for the most accurate reading. If the problem persists, consider having the TPMS and tires professionally checked.
