Transfer of registration in Islamabad

I bought a IDN ---- registered car last year from one of my relatives. Now I need to transfer the car on my name. What documents do I require from the previous owner and from myself (Such as NTN certificate etc). I am also a resident of Islamabad and have property in my name in Islamabad. Kindly advice. Thanks.

technically all you need is a reciept and an ID card (as well as the original documents of the car).

you can get "official" documents from the registratino office or any car dealer/dealership.
