Which fluid will be best for Civic 2004 automatic?

please dont settle for after market fluids recently i was reading a price list Civic transmision fluid ranges from 350 to 750 (manual and Auto) so its better that u get orignal Honda ones. mayb u can get it changed by ur own mechanic but use only the one specified by the company.
