Tyre size of Belta advice needed

I own Toyota Belta 2007. It is 1000cc model and tyre size is 165/70 R14. These tyres hit the speed breaker. Plz guide. Thanks. What tyre size should be used to fix issue R15 o r spacers??

the mud guard
belta is best at r.14 n u r usinf 70 which means u r using r.15 165/65
so dont go to r.15
n dont up ur car by tires but also by some packing in rear tyres.
