Tyres for Toyota Platz. Small but annoying issue

Hi all’ Tell me exact size, type, make of tyres that support suspension of Platz, stock rim size is 13 i have installed 14 yokohama 3 years ago. Now tyres are hard & dry. Car hits breaker after when I installed the shocks and springs. Problem fixed. But on damaged roads, it looks like my car has suspension.
