(USB + SD CARD + FM) Portable Player

I have found this player in Speakers in market
It requires 5 volts DC
plays mp3 files from USB and SD Card, Also tune FM
it has a Line-Out which connects to Car CD Player if Line-in Option is present in it.
LM7805 is a voltage regulator that converts 12 volts to 5 volts

All this in 340 Rs only and that too along with a remote control...
Thats very reasonable.
I will buy it. But where to install that thing in your car?
I think the prices of pre will come down due to this device.
