Used CNG kit

Hi,Is used cng kit worth to buy?As my friend want to install it in civic 95.He has budget of 20k and cant afford petrol.So plz guys tell me which CNG kit will best fit in civic with good pick and consumption?

For how much he can get used kit from rwp/isb?And which one is preferred in used?

in my opinion dont go for used one.
try to find new one
even in 20k, u may find new kit( but not recommended) with smaller cylinder
good one kit with smaller cylinder may cost from Rs.25K ~ Rs. 30K
