Vibration In steering (toyota corona)

hey guys,

just needed you help regarding vibration in steering at high speeds. the car had this problem when i bought it. I went to get the wheel balanced but the guy said the tyres are almost worn. so i decided to replace the tyres. i replaced the tyres with second hand dunlops n got it balanced.
the car still has vibration. its not too much but when u compare it to other cars, then you knw its there. this is only at high speeds. what other reason can be behind this?? thanks
