Want to purchase an audio sys

I want to buy an audio sys for my civic 2002. I need your help cuz i am a layman in car audio.

i have the following preferences

1) a nice clock that is visible in broad daylight (this is very imp)

2) ability to play mp3s and radio (cassette and cds not neccessary) plz do tell me about jvc usb thingee and others

3) sound quality should be comparable to creative audigy plus creative 5.1 that i hav in my pc. i mean qualtiy shoud be really good. crisp and clear sound and reasonable bass

4) shouldnt cost much. i dont listen to loud music. want to have two speakers that can fit into the doors. but player shud have capacity for 4. can i use civic 2 stock speakers and 2 new ones at front? can i do widout that amp thing

i have read other posts. they were quite informative. but tell me which audio player is the best w.r.t my preference no. 1. giv prices and availability in rwp if u can plz

can i fit kenwood 718 in doors? kuch log tha ker kay door close kertay hain. :s fitting kharab to nai ho gi. vibrations and sound distoration. shud i get them installed from honda?
