Warranty of light bulbs and electrical

Warranty of light bulbs and electrical

Hi all, I have a 2007 Altis manual. One of the fog lights fused with 10000km usage. When I approached Toyota dealer, they said bulbs are not covered in warranty. Though I read the warranty book thoroughly and didnt find any specific mention of bulbs or electrical items in the section "what is not covered". After my protest and demand for written proof they did oblige by replacing the bulb but still were persistent that bulbs are not covered in warranty.
Now at 24000KM the second fog lamp light has also fused. There was no accident or hitting or damage. It just turned off one fine day. I will have to go through the same process.
Does anyone know the fact about this?
Are bulbs covered under warranty by Toyota or in general by assemblers in Pakistan.

Dear Brother....

I have posted many times and tell u again....AVOID DEALERSHIPS.....dealerships is just a fraud and fake thingg and our people never understand it..

in case u had gone to a well reputed vendor or a technician he wud have replaced the bulb FOC...in order to make u his customer....they are infact the proper businessmen...those at dealerships are just a piece of shitt and crapp.....just avaoid them..

the bulb won't cost u much...just get it replaced somewhere in the market and i wud suggest you to get the pair and replace the both bulbs since manufacturers in our lands are using poor quality and sub standard material

Regards,
