Water in Spark plugs and connectors

Hi guyz

i have a daewoo with the dohc 16v engine, today i had a problem with the plug wires. One on the plug wire was short.

When i opened the plugs all the plugs and the wires had traces of moisture in them and were rusted,

i've never heard of this problem. Can it may be an engine fault or some water accidently geeting in the plug well.
