Steering vibration o r shaking is a common problem in the Suzuki Cultus, and it is often caused by several factors, including issues with the steering components, wheel alignment, o r tires.

Misaligned Wheels: One of the most common causes of steering vibration is misaligned wheels o r improper wheel alignment. This can cause the vehicle to pull to one side and create a vibrating sensation in the steering wheel, particularly at higher speeds.
Worn Steering Components: Components like the steering rack, tie rods, o r ball joints can wear out over time, leading to looseness in the steering and causing vibrations.
Unbalanced Tires: Unbalanced tires can lead to vibrations at high speeds, especially if the tires are unevenly worn o r not properly balanced.
Suspension Issues: Worn-out suspension components can also contribute to steering vibrations, as they affect the overall stability of the vehicle.
Solution: Regular wheel alignment and balancing of the tires should be done to prevent vibrations. Worn-out steering components should be replaced as soon as they are identified. An alignment service generally costs PKR 2,000 to 4,000.
