🚗 Common Causes of Catalytic Converter Failure:

❌ 1. Oil o r Coolant Contamination – Oil o r coolant leaks can coat the catalyst, reducing efficiency.
❌ 2. Excessive Fuel Consumption – Unburned fuel causes overheating, damaging the CAT.
❌ 3. Engine Misfires – Misfiring allows unburned fuel to reach the converter, leading to melting.
❌ 4. Physical Damage – Hitting rocks o r debris off-road can crack the ceramic inside the converter.
❌ 5. High Sulfur Fuel – Poor-quality fuel leaves excessive deposits inside the CAT.

📌 Solution: Fix any oil leaks, misfires, o r rich fuel mixture to prevent CAT failure.
