Signs of a Failing Actuator:

Clicking Noises: A clicking sound when pressing the lock button often indicates a failing actuator trying to engage but unable to complete the motion.
Slow Response: The locking mechanism responds slowly, o r it may struggle to lock/unlock the door.
Complete Failure: The lock may fail to respond altogether, even after pressing the key fob o r switch repeatedly.
