What effect on Fuel Consumption by TurboCharging??

Hi guys, what is the effect on fuel consumption of a car if u turbocharge it?? will the consumption increas?? if so, how much (in percentage)?? any experiences PLEASE

Turbo Charging improves, effieciency of the engine by improving its " Volumetic Efficiency" by utilizing some energy(that would have otherwise been waisted)of the exhaust gases. An engine i.e. 2000 cc can give u performancelike 2500 cc. Hennce, turbo charging improve economy & fuel consumption. But please, compare it with the performance, lt is always better, if turbo is properly designed & installed
