What Engine Oil for Toyota belta 1000cc

I want to know about the engine oil for the Toyota Belta 1000cc. Which is the best engine oil should I use in my car? I think Belta recommended 5w-20. I was thinking about the Petromin ultra 7 it is 20w-50 but someone told me its for old engines which have done more than 60k. I dont know if Zic A+ which is 5w-20 good o r not. I just feel low pickup and noisy engine sound I want it smooth also I dont drive a lot only 200-400 km in a month. weather is normal in Gujranwala not cold not too hot. Please also let me know if should i use synthetic oil o r not. Thanks in advance.
