What is car FM KIT

Hi,

I just found one post in Gari.pk and i was amazed that if there is some kit called "CAR FM KIT" that can turn my fm radio (short fm band 89 to long band) so i can be bale to listen our local FM transmission. Actuallu i dont want to change my janpenese player/radio so please let me know if there is any device that can do this for me and how that work.

as i said it costs only 100 rupees. Its an extension attached to the Radio pin out of the deck. however it is locally made of normal quality. Reception of higher bands is not that clear.Serves the purpose for normal user
