What is your gear shifting pattern?

i want to know about your general habit and specific habit about changing the gears of your manual car.
I use to shift the gears at the following speeds. please all of you also give in the following style,

1. SANTRO 2003
2. CNG

GENERAL

2nd 15km/h
3rd 30km/h
4th 40 km/h
5th 60km/h

SPECIFIC OR BAD TRAFFIC

2nd 20km/h
3rd 40 km/40
4th 50km/h
5th 80km/h

what you think which is the best pattern from the above shifting, and please share you own shifting pattern. Thanks in advance

my shifting duration for daewoo racer:
a-when enough amount in my pocket for CNG
2-50km/h
3-90km/h
4-110km/h
b-when there is short amount in pocket so i try to get less CNG consumption
2-20km/h
3-40km/h
4-60km/h
