Which ATF and what quantity

Hi,

I'm using a 2000 model Honda Accord CF3. I need to know what Auto Transmission Fluid is the best for this car and how much the amount would be needed.

I am facing some problems with the transmission if a little jerky shifting and hope this will be solved if I replace the AT fluid.

Any help and suggestions are welcome.

Use only Honda ATF for jr ride and live stress free for the next 30 to 40k km.
and this thing will definitely jerks disappear after changing the transmission oil.don 't wait any longer for the oil change. jr gear gives you an indication of the change
