Which car to be CNGed?

heyy guys..
just wanted to take ur opinion
i have 2 cars honda city 2006 manual and honda civic 2002 exi manual
honda city is 35000 km used and civic 138000 km....civics fuel consumption is very bad compared to the city....
so jus wanted to ask if CNG would work fine with my civic or will iit hav any problems as it has this many miles on it?
is it better to put cng in city or civic in my case?
