Which is the best engine oil

salam
guys please tell me which is the batter engine oil as far as quality and also tell me that how many kilometers the car should travelled.The list of two oil are
1- SHELL HILUXCNG( RED PACK) RS 600 3 LITRE
2- TOTAL CNG RS 570 3 LITRE

both are a con. there are NO advantages in buying CNG oil instead of normal oil. infact i have a hard time believing that there is even any difference.
