Which is the best pre with in 10k ???

Well I want some advice from you guys, I went to Tariq Road, Gulshan and regal, i found for pioneer 4050ub 9500 / = and 4350ub for 8500 / =, but some shopkeeper told me to Kenwood, to buy better quality and bass. .

Now I am totally confused that which one to buy

please guys give your opinion, which on Feb. 1 purchase,,, Kenwood or Pioneer for a better quality and clear bass too? Please do not mention prior model. well ..
