Which woofer 12' n amplifier is best

i heard that if i buy a used pioneer/kenwood 2channel amplifer with a new woofer it will give me a good sound rather then buying a new amplifier who's brand is new and most probably its chinese...

Also tell me which woofer is best in 12" .. i want it for my mehran...
is it worth buying a 15" woofer or a 12" for my mehran,,

i have one best idea without having to spend much and also taking care of your car.
for GLI, as i own one, simply put one 12" speaker with its box in the back of your car and connect it to your amp, they'll bang you from the back
