Whistle type sound

Whistle type sound

Hi friends, Plz tell me what is this problem. When i start my car (cultus) there is a whistle(SEETI) like sound comes from under the hood. Someone said it need lubrication of the generator belt. Is it right ??? or some other problem.

Cultus doesnt have a fan belt....that sounds comes from the generaltor belt,if it happens for only a few moments in the morning when you start it and then it normalizes....the only reason is that the belt is a little loose...
