Whistling sound, somewhere from the car

I have recently noticed that when I start the car in morning (Khyber '92) and it moves forward there is a whistling sound coming from somwhere in the front. It continues for couple of minutes and then stops for the day.

Any explanation for this?

sounds like one of following:

either a bearing.
or a belt in engine.
also chk brake pads and drums for squeeks

does it increase when you press accelerator or only comes when car starts moving forward?

whistle is generally a sound of a metal part scratch moving in circular high speed movement
