White Walled tyres

Can some guide me where and for how much can I get the white walled tyres, i want to put them in my beetle


for reference i am putting up one picture

these are not white walled tires, actually these are white colored rubber rings which are put on the rims with tires and than the tire is inflated.

U'll be able to find some in old junk yards or pindi kee poorani taxi walaz could help ya.....
