I dont think theres any "best" cng installer. Each one who has good results has their fair share of complaints. I would just say the CNG installer who has the highest percentage of good conversions done would have a better chance at gaining your satisfaction.

I rate Al Mubarak 7/10 as they have a good location, quick conversion and decent price. But if it doesn't work properly, their trouble shooting is zero.
