Wht is OD in automatic transmission

Hey guys hope ya all r fi9, can any1 out there tell me wht the hell is OD in automatic gear. I got a Suzuki Mehran modified with automatic gear(yeah Suzuki Mehran).It got 2 forward gears which r 'D' n 'L' n also a reverse gear n 'P' parking i guess. Now the tell me i have activate its OD from alectrition which is another gear. Yaar mujh ko yeh samajh main nahen aa raha so can any1 tell me whts OD how does it work n also will it have impact on the speed of the car or not? is it 4th(5th) gear ohhhhhhhhhhh n also where is the gud place in ISB to get it done from. Lots of questions looking for annwers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????

I've got baleno 2005 model and it doestn't have any such problem. It req more rpm in first gear compared to other cars when it is running on CNG. When the car starts it is on petrol. After achieving an optimum temprature it auto switches over to CNG. During that time it req high rpm. When u mov it on low rpm it jerks.
Noting to worry about.......
