Why disel cars heats up in summer..

well budies i just wanna know that im using 83 mercedes 240D...mai nay two times larger radiator lagwaya haie...aur head gas kits bhe naie lagwaie hain...but even now i cant use AC in dis car...jidher Ac on karta hon the niddel rises up and remains there...and plz tell me wots da average temprature of dis size of engine...my car remains on 80 or 85..wid out Ac and when i switch da Ac on it goes upto 90-95....wot should i do....this year im didnt used Ac alot but last year i was using it alot so i just got k radiator say aur bottel say panni over hoo ker bahir aa jatta tha jabb mai engine switch off karta tha..

problem ur describing is mainly due to 2 or 3 reasons..
1st is that aur radiator is chowked so its is not working properly or fins are badly blocked....
2nd thing is that fan is not working properly...i have 82 model starlet and its radiator cooling fan is 12v with auto switch...when temp goes above normal mark swicth on and fan starts cooling...which fan u talking about that it runs with engine???turbine fan or some other fan....turbine is driven by engine always...so mainly ur fan is not cooling radiator or is rotating in wrong direction.....
3rd check that aur fan is working on automatic switch or directly switch one when u give ignition....if ur fan is on automatic so make it direct and then check wheather ur car is heating or not....
that the main reasons of car heating...also if ur turbine is not rotating properly so it can supply water to engine properly and cause heating also....these are the main factors so check it out all
